Original Paintings

Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase.

Before returning an item, the purchaser must contact me first to notify me of the return. A full refund will be issued once the painting has been received, provided it is returned undamaged and in the exact condition in which it was sent.

The artwork must be repacked exactly as it was originally shipped and returned using a tracked and signed-for delivery service (such as Special Delivery or an equivalent service).

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Prints & Cards

Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase.

The purchaser must contact me prior to returning any items. A full refund will be issued upon receipt, provided the items are returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.

Payment

Payment is accepted only via the website shop or bank transfer.
Cheques are not accepted.

While every effort is made to dispatch orders promptly, shipping times may vary. If you require expedited shipping, please contact me before placing your order to discuss available options.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of both the item and the packaging so the issue can be resolved promptly.

International Orders & Customs

For international purchases, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be incurred.

Please note that colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and device displays.

Your personal information is handled with care and will never be shared with third parties, except where necessary to fulfil your order (such as sharing your name and shipping address with the delivery provider).
